You can access all the application’s features and functions from the FortiClient console. In the upper left hand corner of the console you will see a traditional File Menu. Below you will see a panel with three large buttons: AntiVirus, Parental Control, and Remote Access.
When it is installed on a Windows-powered machine, FortiClient provides easy access to the following features: run-on demand scans and choose between several types of scans (quick, full, or custom scan), real-time protection against viruses and other threats; web filter to block access to certain types of content; remote access via VPN; automatic updates; logs; and more.

FortiClient is available for multiple platforms; installing it on a Windows-powered machine is a simple matter. You will quickly get accustomed to the console and you will have no problems using the console to access FortiClient’s functionality. Real-time antivirus protection, parental controls, and remote access via VPN.

Similar Simplicity is in connection modules VPN, WAN optimization and FiltroWeb.
Few developers offer as complete security package free of charge. FortiClient may not be the most pleasant or complete, but its amplitude and low resource consumption make it an option to consider, especially for less powerful computers.
